    Mr. Braha has been the Managing Member of Berkley Acquisitions LLC, a commercial real estate acquisitions company, since April 2008. Mr. Braha has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including raising capital as a developer and lead syndicator of commercial real estate, as both a principal and property manager. Mr. Braha has acquired, owned, managed and operated over 50 buildings. Mr. Braha has a B.S. degree from CUNY, Baruch.

    Mr. Heiney has been the Chief Investment Officer of Berkley Acquisitions LLC, a commercial real estate acquisitions company, since March 2009. Mr. Heiney is President of Certified Property Management USA, has been managing family owned properties since 1995 and is a licensed NYS real estate agent. Mr. Heiney is an engineer who has over 20 years of broad experience in diversified industries including energy, transportation and telecommunications and is the author of 5 patents. Mr. Heiney has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied Physics from the Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester.

    Steven A. Baffico, 38

    Mr. Baffico served in various senior leadership capacities for firms such as Guggenheim Funds, BlackRock and Four Wood Capital Partners, which he recently established. At BlackRock, Mr. Baffico was Head of Listed Funds & Strategic Product Sales, where he oversaw all aspects of the Listed Funds, Unit Trust and Strategic Products business units. His oversight responsibilities for these units included 105 permanent capital funds with $36 billion under management, producing over $300 million in annual revenues. Additionally, Mr. Baffico's responsibilities included origination, product development, investment banking, sales and marketing, administration, secondary marketing, investor and research relations. Mr. Baffico is SEC Series 7 and FINRA Series 24 and 63 registered and has a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.

    Asher E. Fogel, 61

    Mr. Fogel was a senior executive at Citicorp from 1985 to 1997 where he held a number of senior management positions, including Senior Securities Officer, head of Equity Finance and Corporate Advisory, and Managing Director, both in New York and London. In 1994, he established and managed the Investment Advisory Division of Citicorp's Private Bank, with $10 Billion of assets under management. Prior to joining Citicorp, Mr. Fogel held senior banking positions at Samuel Montagu & Co. and at Bank of America in London. In 1997, Mr. Fogel co-founded Dovertower Capital and in 1998 Dovertower led the first LBO transaction in Israel, acquiring the Ampa Group, with Mr. Fogel as Chairman. In 2005, Mr. Fogel assumed the role of CEO and Chairman of publicly held US Energy Systems Inc. Mr. Fogel is currently the Managing Partner of BenAlon Capital LLC, an alternative asset manager specializing in distressed investments.

    Mr. Hazan helped form a special purpose opportunity fund for the Carlton Group, to capitalize on some of the new opportunities that developed in the real estate market following the economic and credit collapse of 2008. Mr. Hazan also helped to establish and launch a $100 million distressed debt Fund for the Carlton Group. Mr. Hazan has independently raised over $100 million for various real estate related projects. Previously, Mr. Hazan formed Top Rock Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm. He currently holds various active FINRA licenses such as the Series 24, 7, 63, 79, and 55.
